IMPORTANT: TICKETING BASICS

1. Day Passes and Festival Passes provide admission to all events during the validity of the pass subject to available capacity.aa

a. If you hold a Day or Festival Pass and would like to guarantee admission to a specific event you can purchase an Individual Event Reservation ticket in addition to your Day/Festival pass at a cost of £1.00 per event.

b. If an event does not offer an Event Reservation ticket it is because the venue is deemed to have adequate capacity for the event and reservation tickets are not viewed, as necessary.

c. Should demand exceed capacity at an individual event, holders of individual event tickets and Event Reservation tickets will receive priority admission.

2. Specific Event Tickets, unlike Festival/Day passes, automatically provide a reserved admission and do not need an Event Reservation Ticket.

 

3. Concession Tickets are available to full time students, Children aged 12-18 years, Seniors aged over 60, refugees and disabled persons with free entry for one carer. Concession tickets require evidence of status on entry or will be void without refund.

 

4. Capacity for wheelchair users is very limited in certain venues. Please call Sonia on 01332 3440156 option 5 to arrange your ticket requirements.
